VIDEO1.HEALING SPRINGS ACUPUNCTURE AND WELLNESS, 33428 ALVARADO-NILES ROAD (APN: 475-100-36), USE PERMIT (UP-23-001): The applicant, Healing Springs Acupuncture and Wellness is seeking Use Permit (UP-23-001) approval to operate an acupuncture and acupressure medical service within an existing 1,303 square-foot tenant space within Building B of the Central Plaza development located at 33428 Alvarado-Niles Road (APN: 475-100-36) within the MS (Special Industrial) Zoning District. Staff is recommending that this project be determined categorically exempt per Section 15301, Existing Facilities, of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
